Welcome and many thanks for calling by. This feline themed site has been set up by SimplyCats a new cats only veterinary practice on the borders of Durham, Sunderland and South Tyneside in order to encourage all cat owners to submit pictures of their own much loved quirkycats!!!
We encourage submissions as digital pictures, poetry or stories, the more interesting and quirky the better
All submissions will be featured on the web site and a large range of prizes will be offered, including an electronic book on solving cat behavioural problems, cat hamper baskets full of goodies for clients and their cats, a cat first aid book, 6 months supply of cat food (vet recommended) and many more. A full list of prizes will be available shortly.
We will select the main prizes sometime in June / July 2009 after the opening of our new cat clinic.
The cat who wins the first prize for best picture will then be the featured cat on a marketing campaign by SimplyCats in conjunction with the Blue Cross and other cat charities on responsible basic cat health care, how to understand your cat and recruiting cat foster carers for short term care of stray cats. The latter is funded in part by the Blue Cross and details will be posted on this web site shortly.
